@Pale Haven't decided if I want to upload all the mods to game 2 yet, in theory all you should need to do is copy the PACK file in your data folder over to the data folder in game 2 (for now at least)

@Creativeworks It's not like I gonna delete the mod just because I won't be working on it anymore. There are still 5,3k subscribers who might be using it, deleting wouldn't make any sense.

UPDATE: CA are releasing a hotfix which should balance out the wood elf archers (something they are much better than me at obviously). As the purpose of the mod was to "balance" out the WE archers and make them stronger, which is something CA now are doing, I don't see any reason for this mod to exist and therefore probably won't update this mod anymore." You still have the mod up?

@DevilzToy Oh, haven't seen it before now. The image with the glade lord before/after is wrong. one is on a dragon and the other is on foot. Gonna fix it.

@DevilzToy I haven't added that. glade lords on forest dragon causes terror and poison attacks, but that is vanilla game

@DevilzToy The glade lord range buff is tied in with the waystalker (they are using the same arrows), so any changes to the glade lord would also affect the waystalker.

@Kaplan [TW] If you are interested in starting to mod you should take a look at magnar's channel. He got a lot of tutorials (most of them for rome 2 but they are applicable to TWW too) and are often quick to answer questions. If he doesn't have a tutorial for changing the visual look of units, I would recommend asking for help at TW center, there are poeple there who are more experienced and better at explaining stuff than I am. I'm sure they are more than happy to answer all of your questions.

@Loec 방탄 수도사 I'll probably won't be buffing the units any more. I have done some testing with the beta hotfix and when the hotfix beta are released as an offical update WE will become "too strong" in my opinion. The wildwood rangers have become ridiculously strong and will now even beat greatswords. With the wildwood rangers becoming as strong as they they are, WE will no longer depend on their archers and should if anything be given a debuff. Though as stated at the top of the description I won't be updating the mod anymore so unless someone wants to take over, I don't think you should expect any more changes made in this mod.

As I have mentioned earlier, things are getting hectic in real life with exams etc.. and I don't have time to spend hours going in and out of the game testing and tweaking the units (at the moment). I hope you understand :)

I woudl love to be able to mod to that degree, although I tried with PFM and others I can't even get a rename to work... I basically did some stuff for rome 2 and then nothing since. majorly suck tbh lol

@Loec 방탄 수도사 I'll probably won't expand this mod anymore as CA are releasing a hotfix. I have given waywatchers and waystalker the resistance to fatigue attribute which should give them a higher average speed throughout the battle (+ various other bonuses). I'm not sure if giving all archers armour piercing ability would really be balanced (after all this is just a rebalance of WE archers, not an overhaul like revival), and it would remove one of the main points of starfire arrows.

If you are interested though, I'm more than happy to give you the rights to take over and expand the mod. It seems like you got a lot of cool ideas.

Ah! I didn't know, thanks :D and thank you for your efforts on the mod! I really love it, if you expand it in the future, would you also consider their actual run speed/ armour peirce abillities (as you may know, in lore all elf bows and spears have them)

@Loec 방탄 수도사 are you thinking about a mod similar too WAAS GOOD's squad mods?

CA have already fixed the missing ability to waystalker and waywatchers, I think they just ninja updated the game to give them hawkish finesse (if that was the ability you were thinking about). I'm not sure what kind of abilities mods like revival have added as I sadly haven't had time to test the mod.

@Pale I'm not sure if giving the buff through a building would be a great idea as you could then stack 4 of those buffs, though incorporating it into the tech tree might be a possibility. I'll might look into at a later date as at the moment things are getting rather hectic with exams etc... :/
I'll give you a heads up if I make a version where it it's incorporated into to the tech tree instead.

Would you consider unit of 30 mod (think shogun 2 style) that cost like 3000 - have 1200 upkeep but are basically legolas on crack? like bow + 2 swords / officer (if that's still a thing) spear and kind of just crazy good.. to be fair legolas was op, but I don't think hero mods are a thing lol we get regiments of renown at some point so its like a near if not op version of that in my mind

- Not just ego rub time, This mod makes the faction playable for me! please never nerf these... would you consider adding the 'hawkish' - and other traits to some of higher units as other mods (cough revial cough) has done?

Hi there - I love your mod :) I was wondering, if it would be possible to tie the increases to range and damage to, say the bowyer workshop? Integrating it even better into the gameplay, than simply buffing the units.

Very nice! This feels like a level-headed response to underpowered Wood Elf archers, doesn't make them OP, doesn't drastically change how CA intended Wood Elves as a faction to work but still makes them viable.

@Aegon Blackfyre yes, I mentioned earlier in the comments section but I forgot to add it to the description. Radious messes with the same tables as this mod, and will override them.

Its a Mod conflict - You need to uncheak all mod apart from this one and run them through untill you find the Mod thats conflicting.

If only - The truth is, the WE are one of the weakest races on the map, it does matter how you use them, they can be countered and out powered in every way. They should have made the race good at somthing but they didnt.

For some reasons the changes are not being showed when my game loads and I play. It still says 160 for waywatchers :-\
