Checked, not working with CE. It's simple mod, he not required barrels like on vanilla turrets and shouldn't require ammo from CE.

Version 1.0 does not support versioning well, unlike 1.1, so it was decided to abandon support 1.0. Alternatively, you can get version 1.0 from the git repository by switching to the previous commit.

I understand that a sniper turret would need more power than a regular one, but wouldn't 350W be a little too high? Maybe you could add a slider in the options. Thank you.

I keep getting this error when I build and use this turret. Not enough squares to get to radius 60. Max is 56.40036

Other than that I like this mod. Thanks. Regardless of error it still seems to work. I do use many other mods so it's possible this is related to day. I'm just posting this I may do troubleshooting to find out what mods are conflicting. But I honestly don't have time for that now. If no one else is having this issue I will assume it's just me.

Great mod and maybe I'm overlooking it (very possible) but can I still use the mod for ver b19? I don't see it and I've got a great saved game going that needs it.

You just didn't write down any truly important specific of the turret compared to other vanilla turrets - also, if it's by weapon comparision a real sniper turret and it acts like a sniper riffle with some modification, then it would also be more balanced, if it needs 'precision riffling' tech too before it can be reserched.
If it truly works like comparision assault riffle = gun turret and sniper riffle = sniper turret, then it's good, I just would like to know it beforehand if it's possible, because it realy looks like a good minimod.
