Report a translation problem
To be honest, I overestimated my ability to get back to work on this and stick with it.
The big problem is that when I did try to go back to it (trying to redesign the questline), I became dissatisfied with the affinity I had come up with, both from a design and technical perspective. The implementation was a mess, but worse, I don't feel it created engaging gameplay, because the affinity really only required decisions every 20 turns.
I still love Endless Legend, and I still want the Mezari to have their own affinity, but after a day of work around our games, most of the time I just need a little bit of distance.
Sorry to disappoint. I just don't think I can deliver a mod with the quality I'd want for the Mezari affinity.
But anyhow.... don't want to be rude, but IS there still ANY work being done on this. When I glance at the history of the comments, I see like: months and years of nothing due to health issues, then due to additional health concerns, then due to "lost notes", and then due to being employed at Amplitude - all that mixed with assurances that the next version will be out, during all that time (but didn't).
Not wanting to complain, but give it to us straight: IF/when is a new version going to be made, approximately? It's better to have a clear "no", than a halfhearted "maybe", also for other modders whom might think of doing the same, but now don't because they might think you're still working on this one.
Second, can confirm. Cannot destroy Kapaku Volcanoformers or Mykara fungal blooms with this mod active.

I did enjoy this mod a decent amount although it overwrites other mods that I sometimes use and still has the image issue and lore text still in To be decided mode.

This faction, the Spacers, is a more defensive, science-focused variant of the Vaulters, contrasted with my custom Vaulters faction, which is a more offensive, militaristic faction focused on supremacy.

I like to think of the Otzi (or ice men) as a doomsday prepper / imperium of man faction, with bonuses during winter and superior metallurgy.

The plan had been to release version 1.0 in time for Gamescom, but that is not going to work out. The new goal is to release by New Year's or at least next Endless Day.
I'll try to post a "Development Plan" within the next month to set milestones.
(asking because of the points this takes; some of the pre-designed factions are stacked with their abilities, past the point to which custom-made factions can get; the costs would be too high)
+ does one need to restart the campaign for the changes to apply?

There may yet be exploitation of anomalies and ruins, but not in the form of districts.
I do have almost everything planned, and I will post a GDD along with version 0.2 at some point this week.
