Mods offline

Is there any way to get Steam Workshop mods to work offline?

Just get the mods from your Workshop folder and copy them under Document/Endless Legend/Community/

Sorry for jumping into this discussion, but do I create a new folder if it doesn't exist? From the pathway I followed to Documents->Endless Legend I found only 4 folders: custom factions, save files, temporary files, and users. There wasn't a community folder.

I would love to play Endless while in offline mode, but losing the mods is a pain
