Can someone make a mod that stops dialogue from auto ducking the in world audio? Even with voice set to 0 volume in settings, it still runs a HPF for a couple of seconds for each dialogue that pops up, along with a dip in volume. Make it stop that, pretty please?

Heck, if you could just bork all dialogue so the text doesn't even show up on screen, I'd like that too.
I like my constant cannon fire without interruption. Call it "Everyone STFU" or something.
That'd be just splendid if someone could do this.
