The canyon bit is probably why they are not working - the other base, is that on a flat bit of terrain, higher than your base?
the turbine base has to be on a BLOCK attached to the BASE.
First rule build the base of the turbine on a block that is on the ground that i connected 2 the base
Second rule I only place the last part of the turbine the blades only when the temperature is 21 degrees plus Celsius
Third rule it needs to be a breathable planet and you have to wait like 2-3 mins for the blades to
start spinning
(Sorry, I like immersion...)
