Report a translation problem
Please follow the process outlined here on the RE2 workshop page to get support on RE2:

Something is really wrong because in RE2 that popup should specifically mention to NOT send an email to the game developers and instead check the RE2 workshop page, so if you're not even getting the correct error popup message then something is very broken. Hence, follow that process and I can probably help you out.
