I havent played in a long time and I just completed the infected mission. But The mission summary doesnt say where to return the logs. Ive googled the heck out of this, but cant find anything. Where do I return these? Also, where is a good place to go to get Wiki's on these missions so I know what I am suppose to do next.

The main story missions always tell you what to do. If you have no next steps, then you did it all. You don't need to actually turn in the logs anywhere, just find them.

Make sure the logs go into your personal backpack and not a connected container
The game often doesn't register them if they aren't in your backpack

I think I did something wrong. The activate mission is grayed out and I'm realizing that the message under it says "Mission needs to be rewarded." Meaning the mission itself was not rewarded. I think I never had it. Not sure how it was showing up. Do you know where I can grab this mission? I have no clue how I got it in my PDA before it was rewarded. lol

A Better place would be on the workshop page-scroll down for the RE2 discussions

I just dont understand the lack of comments from who ever is doing it. It takes a lot of time to write up a clear post on some of these complicated missions. I understand locking it and commenting its not the right place. At least then it can be copy/pasted to the right place. I'm trying to figure out if this is a glitch, a rule, or a rouge admin.

You get chapter 1 by completing the prologue. So do that first.

As ravien_ff said your post wasn't deleted it was moved to the correct place.

The notification you get from Steam tells you it was moved OR deleted, as in it could have been either.
It would be nice though if Steam changed the notification to include a link to the new location where it was moved, but that is more a feature request for Steam.

It can be a bit confusing. A post in the main area concerning RE2 usually gets moved to "workshop..." discussions. It is not deleted.
For RE2 posts it is best to go to the workshop->RE2->discussions area.
