"Editor - paperboard target - how to use it?"
You can hoveer manualy fire any trooper's gun, when trooper selected alt+rmb (aiming practicaly), then also hold/push/click LMB to actualy shoot
One of workarounds might be spawning downsized enemy in front of paper target, but it will or become too dangerous/armed (it's too small to be shoot at, yet it still shoots at you with proper sized gun/does full damage) or if unarmed used it will cause it if not shoot instantly to give up leading to target disengagement
