Report a translation problem
the chrome actually has a nice firing sound, but the reverb of the gunfire felt too short, so it sounds like if the whole firing sound suddenly stopped before the pump sound starts.
the pump shotgun...i think i already left a comment about it before :P its just not really good.
maybe you can try using other shotguns, or maybe the non pump shotguns like izhma 12g, steakout 12g or the mosconi. i think these weapons are better for recording, since you dont have to record the pump sound from the other guns.
My summer break is over, sadly, and i'm back to my classes so i'm not sure when i'll consider returning to the recording field and Audacity. I honestly haven't paid much attention to it since i don't get much complaint about what i think is a minor detail error.
You're going to have to tolerate it for now, my apologies.
I'll also consider your suggestion of using other shotguns (with a not-immediate or no pump animation) despite my dedication to using only the direct counterparts - i guess i can make an exception for the ones that sound almost similar to the counterparts.
