I tried to copy the KFZedternal.ini which should appear in \ My Games \ KillingFloor2 \ KFGame \ Config but there is nothing except KFZedternal_LocalData.ini which does not really help me ...

for the weapon upgrade i have the solution too but like i said i don't have the file anymore i need to redownload the whole things.

Oh thanks mate i was looking at this previously didn't realize that comment was yours. Yes I'm using that solution, however ideally I would like my Perks to appear once and be upgradeable up to lvl 10. Anyways thanks for that, thanks for getting back to me, peace
