You can purchase a placeable Kord emplacement gun in the Shop Box. Simply equip the item, which appears as a red "repair kit" in the inventory. Oce equiped you will notice a "Unpack" button appear. Pressing this will cause the unit carring the emplacement gun box to place it on the ground and unpack the emplacement gun.
When a unit is standing near the unpacked gun, other options will appear... including the ability to rotate the guns position and the ability to pack it up and move it to another location.
