Just a minor annoyance: the title of Hofmeister/regent shouldn't be flagged as important. Now when I want to be a part of the society myself as the Kaiser the notification for the unfilled position just hangs there taunting me.
A way to promote your religion, rather than outright converting provinces, maybe some kind of boost to Chaplain?

This is actually a side effect of early development, I had made all the titles set as important to make the AI somewhat smarter in how it uses them.
I later forbade the AI from using them via the honorary titles screen and instead use special decisions, I just forgot to remove the "important" flag from the titles later.
I'll fix that in the next update.

Any possibility of an Imperial Chinsese court?
Minor suggestion : Being a decadent ruler should increase court influence faster

I did initially split the chinese cultures into a seperate court, but having that created a whole mess of problems. So I decided to leave cultures alone and just seperate them by religion.

It already does in an indirect way, AI members try to increase their power if the emperor is a child/weak.
Can you change the need for road maintenance after you've constructed the imperial roads? If nothing else can it be changed for the Byzantine and Roman Empires, because it doesn't make much sense that the successor to and reborn Roman Empire should be less capable of building roads than the original. Roads like the Appician Way still stand over 2000 years after construction but these new imperial roads fall apart after a few decades. It'd be fine if the ai elected to maintain them, but it doesn't. It would be nice to recreate the Roman highway system across the empire once you've gone to the trouble of recreating it. So is that an alteration that can be made?
I know this might be a tall order but do you think you could make an infrastructure map mode. The imperial roads could be shown using trade route graphics. And your imperial capital could become the terminus to all the roads into the empire. I just think if we had a way of visualizing our roads and other infrastructure it could become a crucial part of imperial administration. It could also be color coated to show the most developed provinces in the empire as a bright green, and the least ones as red, development could be determined by how many slots there are, and how many of those holding slots there are, hospital... And to increase revinue the more major cities you connect with each other you get a larger trade boost and +10% tax increase in major city provinces. Provinces with imperial roads could have special buildings related to roads that give a revinue boost like a castle could get "toll road", city "large market place" and a church "inn".
Just a suggestion
