Not an issue, not exactly. Just suggested phrasing.

Ancient Bonus (including Sun God):
In Ancient Era, receive same bonus from unimproved resources valid for 'X' improvements.
In Ancient Era, receive same bonus from these resources while unimproved.

River Goddess:
+1 Faith from Plains and Grasslands tiles adjacent to a River, and without Terrain Features, Improvements or Districts.

Divine Spark:
+1 Great Person point from Holy Site (Prophet), Campus (Scientist), and Theater Square (Writer) districts. In Ancient Era, effect doubled.

God of Craftsmen:
In Ancient Era, +1 Production from unimproved Woods adjacent to City Center.

Arrange Pantheons so that 'God Of The Sea' and 'River Goddess' are the top 2, if possible. Simply for better aesthetics, due to larger text boxes.

If by "arrange" you mean the religion window, then this is done automatically. Beliefs are listed in an order as entered into the database. Changing that would require changing the window.

I'm unable to load into a game using only this mod, as I think it may be reliant on some other DLC. I disabled every other mod i had and then enabled all the official DLC i have but I still get the error. The DLC that I'm missing are the following:

Khmer and Indonesia Civilization & Scenario Pack
Persia and Macedon Civilization & Scenario Pack
Australia Civilization & Scenario Pack
Vikings Scenario Pack

I'm not sure how to further troubleshoot, but if you need any further info I can send it over.

@taiga It only needs Gathering Storm, nothing else. Please post database.log and modding.log.

It seems that I used the wrong requirement. Until I post a fixed version, here is what you need to do.
In line 439, which is:
INSERT INTO RequirementSetRequirements (RequirementSetId, RequirementId) VALUES ('REQUIREMENTS_CITY_FOLLOWS_PANTHEON_COASTAL', 'PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND'); -- exists

Change PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND into PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND_XP2.

Found a bug https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/480109885846192159/603857804381519885/unknown.png i have the culture from plantations pantheon and as you can see here the spices on the top left does not have the culture bonus even though it does use the plantation improvement as you can see with the spices on the right
