What do some of the Steam Turbine options mean?
"SteamTurbineEnabled": false
^^ What is this option for as steam turbines are already enabled?

"SteamTurbineWattage": 850.0
This one I understand is for the maximum wattage a steam turbine will give.

"SteamTurbineSourceElement": "Steam"
This one should be for what the steam turbine will take as an activating element.

"SteamTurbineOutputElement": "Water"
This one is the output for the steam turbine.

"SteamTurbinePumpRateKG": 2.0
^^ Is this for the rate of steam to water?

"SteamTurbineMaxSelfHeat": 64.0,
^^ Not quite sure what this one is for.

"SteamTurbineHeatTransferPercent": 0.1
^^ Is this for what heat gets transferred to the steam turbine itself?

"SteamTurbineMinActiveTemperature": 398.15,
This one should be for at what temperature {in Kelvin} that the steam turbine becomes active.

"SteamTurbineIdealTemperature": 473.15,
This one should be for at what temperature {in Kelvin} that the steam turbine gives maximum wattage.

"SteamTurbineOutputTemperature": 368.15,
^^ I think this one is for the output temperature {in Kelvin} of the water?

"SteamTurbineOverheatTemperature": 373.15,
This one should be for the temperature {in Kelvin} that the steam engine overheats {stops working}.

I mostly don't know. I am not actively playing anymore. So I haven't tested these settings extensively. Although I am quite confident that these features work. Klei had these tweeks already programmed in. I just expose what's already there.

Here what I think. Correct me, if you come to a different conclusion:

"SteamTurbineEnabled": false
If this option is false, then all other options are ignored, so it's easier for people that don't want to use this feature. Also helps if this feature breaks on a game update.

"SteamTurbineWattage": 850.0
Maximum wattage at optimal temperature.

"SteamTurbinePumpRateKG": 2.0
I don't really know. I guess it's the amount of gas taken (as well as liquid pumped out; there is no mass destruction/creation).

"SteamTurbineMaxSelfHeat": 64.0,
Maximum amount of self-heat from liquids pumped.

"SteamTurbineHeatTransferPercent": 0.1
Amount of heat transfered from liquid to turbine. Capped by SteamTurbineMaxSelfHeat. I guess it takes values from 0.0 to 1.0 (0.1 being 10%)

"SteamTurbineOutputTemperature": 368.15,
^^ I think this one is for the output temperature {in Kelvin} of the water? >> I think so, too.
