A few observations:
Just from starting the game up and hopping around a few countries, I already have a few observations that I would like to share (though bear in mind that many of these might simply be because this is a WIP mod):

- State names, especially in China, aren't perfect. For example, Nanjing exists twice - both as the name for the state Nanjing (or "Jiangning", as it's called in-game" is in, and as the name for the state Shanghai is in.
- State compliance is heavily imbalanced: Libya starts almost homogeneously on 90% compliance (which decays). The Majority of British possessions start on 50% - including areas such as Newfoundland and Bermuda - however Khartoum starts on 10% and the Suez Canal on 5%. For the USA, the Panama Canal starts on 5% while Alaska and Hawaii start on 50%. I would assume that most of this is unfinished, however it seems like an easy fix. (Low starting compliance also hurts Japan even more.
- For France,The Blum-Viollette Proposal still makes no sense; the vanilla version of the focus is, in my opinion, much more understandable. Also, the 2LNC event countdown is (still) labelled "~425mm Belt Armour".
- The Marshall Islands (still) have an airbase 1 level higher than they can support.
- Many divisions do not have names on lists, some (e.g. Italian Infantry Divisions, basically anything Chinese) are named different to their name list.
- Despite so much state restructuring in order to enable historical borders (see: Yugoslavia), the post-conquering border between Germany and Poland cannot be recreated like it can in Vanilla.
(There are also a few nitpicks with Vanilla unit placements and the like that I have that aren't really relevant to this.)

(And as an edit/addition: EXP gain still seems to be really low.)
