January 2 1942, USA has 6 battleships about to be completed, with 4 more carriers and some battleships halfway through.
January 13, 1942, all those capitals are canceled and replaced with new, IDENTICAL ones, being built from scratch.
UK does the same thing...

I played all the way to 1944 and wondered why there was not a single battle involving capital ships, and this is why... Can it be fixed, please?

Edit: I can confirm ths cycling of new ships goes on until at least mid 1944 and no capital is built for UK or USA.
