CTD with latest update
This latest version (1.12.11, Checksum 002f) appears to give me CTD issues. This mod It's the only thing that has changed between when I was playing yesterday and when I tried to play today.
At the start of the day after my save I get a popup telling me the checksum is different to what I started that game with. At the start of the day after the popup the game then CTD.
Is it expected that you can't continue saves from before this latest update? if so, very irritating, things were going very well for once!

I was unclear. I was laughing when you said things were going well for once. I know that feeling, you never when you are doing good in BICE.

Slight update, I cleared out all the errors that appeared in the error log file and the game still crashes in the same way but my error log returns empty.
I don't understand what is causing the crash if there are no errors. even more I don't understand why it goes through to the start of the second day after loading before crashing rather than simply crashing at the first day.

I have exactly the same issue. I load a save (or another) and at the end of the first day, CTD
very frustrating i played germany until may41, ready for barbarossa !!!
