National Focuses
I think my only complaint so far is that there is so many national focus options that it almost feels like there should another national focus slot. I tend to not focus on research bonus focuses in favor of mfng or military focuses to at least stay partially historical. Curious if anyone feels the same way ? For example I just don't see how it's possible to pursue the historical wolf packs with the navy national focuses if you want to keep everything else on a historical timeline and have the necessary manufacturing to make the Wehrmacht/Luftwaffe.

As far as I can see it has become a little easier as some political ones takes less time than before. I do make list of the important ones each year so that I can easily see how many days I have for all the other stuff. In 1937 you don't have any political ones but it get's very busy in 1939-40.

I would very much like to share. It is handwritten and from 3.1. but readable. In this play I just did year by year. I don't know how to upload here? Maybe as "friends"? I will check.
I like to have everything on an A4. To the left I have ultra important, the middle is very important and to the right the very nice. With 365 days you can quickly see whats left after adding the most important stuff and fill in. I will do a proper one for my next play. It is a great help as I don't have to rethink 10-20 times every year.
You can also find the A1 list in the game files as inspiration.
