Molotov Ribbentrop Pact doesnt Work properly after the latest Update

If i play as the Germans, the soviets semms to not get the event, as soon as i switched to the soviets, i got the event. There is also not even a rejection from the soviets, seems that they cant see the event or cant interact with it

switched to both nations and tried, seems that the evebt itself is bugged, i dont get any rejection or notification about the event triggering at all
