Equipment assignment bug

I have a strange bug: a specific type of equipment is not saving after I change the division template and save it. I can make only certain types of mortar, machine gun, or light artillery - but when I open it again, all possible types are selected. With all other equipment categories, changes work as supposed. Any thoughts?
