Soviet Union Cedes Land
Playing as USSR 21 Aug 1936 I get an event "Soviet Union Cedes Land".

Says I become owner of North Sakhalin and form a non-aggression pact with the USSR. I get to own some land I already have and form a NAP with myself?

Suspect some tags messed up between Japan and USSR.

Another messed up event sequence?

19 Oct 1937 get "Germans accept German-Soviet Treaty" and, with no choice, gain an armour research centre in Moscow.

30 Oct 1937 get "German-Soviet Treaty" and get choice to accept or refuse. If accept get another armour research centre in Kiev,
