I not only have the skull, I now have 15 dragon bones that I can't sell or use. I have physically finished all of the quest except mounting the skull on the plaque. The message to press "E" to place the skull on the mount shows up just fine, but pressing E doesn't do anything at all. I've gone on a few quests and keep coming back and trying, but so far, no luck. Do you have a console command I can use to mount the skull perhaps? That way I can eventually get the hole in the wall fixed.
