Bug Reports and Known Issues
Found a bug relating to this mod? Please report it here so that I can work on rectifying the issue.

Be sure to provide as much detail about the bug so I can squash it easily!

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst this mod may cause incompatibilities with others, please ensure before reporting that the bug is caused specifically by this mod and not another. Thanks!

Known Issues
  • There is currently a bug affecting some Divinity 2 DE players whereby their mods are being downloaded into \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\43510. Move these .pak files into \Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods\ to fix the issue!
  • Can't see the new spell icons? Make sure OdinCore is on at least v1.2.2!
  • Getting a "We were unable to create a working story" error when trying to load a save or create a new game? PLEASE double-check you have installed Norbyte's Script Extender as per the clearly-marked Instructions section on this mod's main page. Make sure to install it into /Divinity Original Sin 2/DefEd/bin
  • Combo points not generating outside of Adrenaline? I'm stumped why this happens with some users, but here are some steps to fix which are confirmed to work:
    • Launch D:OS2
    • Enable your desired mods in the Mods menu (including this one)
    • Load your savegame
    • After loading, quit the game
    • Relaunch D:OS2
    • Load your save

Firecracker combo seems to do no aoe damage at all. Feels like the area is smaller than what it says or gets canceled by water surfaces.
On normal terrain it works fine.
I did a video @ https://drive.google.com/uc?id=17wz9Palu1XDtXaG8j6udiW0RS38tYiE6 so it's easier to understand what I mean.

Also what's with this new Throwing Knife animation? Was this change intended?

Firecracker's combo effect should now be fixed - thanks for sending over a video that was really helpful :luv:

Throwing Knife's animation needed to be changed for technical implementation reasons. I've just changed it to be less-flashy for an early-game skill, however.
The new skills have no icons but a mark... :p
(DE) Can't stack combos, playing lone wolf multiplayer (Umbra class), have all Odinblade mods from your collection + free pet pal + some of the gift add-on's. Have lvl 10 Scoundrel and I start with 2 combos, however, scoundrel skills doesn't add more

Have you definitely got Norbyte's Script Extender installed? When you start the game do you get a "we were unable to create a working story" error? Is it all Scoundrel skills you can't see increment combos? Or is it a specific few?

EDIT: Also, do you have access to the Deadly Flourish skill?

Yes, I added Norbyte's Script Extender to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\bin (I'm getting the new content). Didn't get that error. Can only say about skills up to lvl 5.

I have this exact issue, with those mods installed and script extender in that place.

Edit: I got it working by doing a save, quit and reload the game using the .exe on the bin folder

Not sure if this is just me but the Wind-up Toy always crits on explosion, I am playing with your summon enhance mod and Divinity conflux, not sure if this is a bug with this mod or the summon enhance one or with conflux but I will report here first

Sadly, I have an issue where, even though the odincore file is updated to v1.2.2, I still get question marks instead of the icons, and I have already checked the workshop folder, tried deleting and unsubscribing from odincore and installing it again, still no icons :(

Have you checked the version in the mods menu on the title screen? If you hover over the OdinCore mod in the list, it will tell you the version number. If it's not on 1.2.2 and you've already tried manually updating it, give me a shout :)
Yes, I have checked it again now - it says the version is v1.2.2.0. And I just tried downloading the odincore file from nexus and manually replacing it in the mods folder, and it did not work, all the new icons are still question marks. I am not sure why that is happening :0 I have all your other mods installed and all of them have icons haha

That's so bizarre... I'm really not sure why that's happening to be honest with you! Have you tried on both a new save and a pre-existing save file?
Yes, I just started a new game and the issue persists.. Even tried checking the GM mode, and there the icons don't show either (as in they are there, but look like question marks). I think I tried a different load order as well, no effect..

What game version are you on? It'll say in the bottom right on the title screen if I'm not mistaken
