On normal terrain it works fine.

Also what's with this new Throwing Knife animation? Was this change intended?
Throwing Knife's animation needed to be changed for technical implementation reasons. I've just changed it to be less-flashy for an early-game skill, however.
EDIT: Also, do you have access to the Deadly Flourish skill?

I have this exact issue, with those mods installed and script extender in that place.
Edit: I got it working by doing a save, quit and reload the game using the .exe on the bin folder
Sadly, I have an issue where, even though the odincore file is updated to v1.2.2, I still get question marks instead of the icons, and I have already checked the workshop folder, tried deleting and unsubscribing from odincore and installing it again, still no icons :(
