Ideas for Lithoid Supremacy!
Do you have an idea or a suggestion for something that could be added to Lithoid Supremacy? Have a cool idea to make our Rock Boys a little cooler? Add it below and I'll see what I can do!

I have one. What about a heavy psychic Lithiod. With some sort of resonance or frequency buffs. Also a crystal entity taming civic or be able to make them?!~ Build living space crystal whales :D
sorry one more thing maybe you could make your asteroids relocation have an ability that atracts them seeding a system.

I do have some ideas for psychic Lithoids but I want to also release content for Genetic Lithoids and Mechanical Lithoids so it's "fair" for everyone. I've had some ideas on how to do this, an origin that adds projects depending on what you pick, traits, events etc.

One of my early ideas would be Lithoids that produce/consume Zro for bonuses. Frequency is something I've considered being a thing, Resonant Shields are an example of this but I've got nothing for that currently. Taming/creating friendly crystal entities sounds like a fun idea.
A ascension perk exclusive to lithoids called "one with the world" where they manage to infure their consciousness and making the world a giant sentient lithoid. Don't know what kind of bonuses that could give tho.

This is another idea I've been thinking of but as a precursor, not sure about making it an ascension perk but I do want to move forward with the whole "sentient planet" idea. I think it would make living on the planet easier, reducing empire size, upkeep etc, definitely and idea to explore.
My imersion is struggling with some of the vanilla restrictions on lithoids and i was wondering if such would be fitting to your mod.
F.e. i'd like ot have a civic that pretty much would replace the vanilla lithoid origin for meteorite colony ships usable togetehr with the Terravore civic. Then i could use the Necrophage Origin to create a my Crystaline Growth species, devouring all and everything =)
Very Interested in the ONE WITH THE WORLD. Gigga structures has the Frame world! Something similar to that might be cool. :D

I'm not going to replace any origin with any civics, I don't think that would be in the spirit of the origin, that and terravore meteor necroids sounds quite powerful. I am going to be buffing Calamitious Birth and Terravore in a future update though, each will become a little more distinct.

One with the world is something I need to plan out a lot more, I'm thinking it will be an AP at this point but I'm not sure how to implement it, perhaps it could become a situation thing.

I have considered a Lithoid based megastructure: The Solar Geode, pretty much a geode world but around a star, it would function like a stellar lifter from Giga or a regular dyson sphere but that's further away than One with the world, I've barely planned it out and without a custom model, I think it would really suffer.

My current focus is working on buffing the Genetic/Synthetic/Psychic content for Lithoids. I have some ideas for good traits and some zro related stuff, but I'm struggling with ideas for Synthetic Lithoids.

i had an idear for Terravore, whereby i have no cluie if that is even possible, but having a planet or even system sized ship functioning as a slow adeptable, expandable planet && starbase at once going very slowly from sytem to system devouring any matter there to then expand your moving system. One would be restricted to only one of those structures and even if all other planets including your starting planet would fall or be eaten by yourself aslong that devouring strucutre would not fall one would have a moving base of operations capable of everything a system including a starbase would be able to do.

I'm not going to be doing anything as crazy as that, doing unique megastructures seems unnecessary but a colossus weapon that devours planets may be a more fitting alternative as you can only have one colossus without mods.

A mobile planet that can allow your empire to survive even if all your pops have been destroyed is extremely complex and definitely outside of the scope of this mod.

It's a good idea, it just needs to be workshopped into something that I can deliver on and fits the civic/origin it's being put into. If my mod was just a bunch of random buffs, it wouldn't be enjoyable :D

I haven't done much with them, I don't have a full document yet for LS written up, the only things that directly effect necrophages is the Pyroviles civic, which gives benefits from volcano blockers. I do want to expand on Necro Lithoids at some point but it's not a major priority at the moment, any ideas for that would be welcome.
With the Dune Born trait essentially being like the Aquatic trait, just for dry worlds, maybe there could be an ascension perk for it kind of like Hydrocentric? And with that one adding the deluge colossus weapon, maybe this ascension perk could give the planet eating weapon I saw mentioned in previous posts here, or even if you're not using Dune Born, it could give some buffs to lithoid species in general, just so that the perk isn't forcing you to take buffs that may not apply to your species just to get a colossus weapon.
Just a rough idea though, love the mod and Im looking forward to future updates :>

That's actually a great idea, it is meant to be a mirror of the Aquatic trait so maybe I should go the whole way. A desertification or some similar sounding weapon that leave planets as sand and rock, I think the next update will be some combat bits and pieces and psychics, I'll try and add Dune-centric (name WIP) in too!
