I don't know if this is a bug, but when playing co-op, you and your teammate share everything you spawn. Let's say, I buy a Pak-40 cannon it sometimes will be owned by me or my teammate. In which this will cause problems and can lead to us losing the match.

Same with the currency, but i'm not too sure about it as it means it balances it out.

Yes, that is controlled by the game. You and your mate are the same player (Player 0) and everything spawned will be randomly assigned to one or the other. That was already a "problem" in the previous games. You just have to communicate and transfer the units to each other (with the icon in upper right corner).

Why the "red name bug" occurs, is beyond me. Might have to do with the DLC update. Don't know if I will figure this out.

I noticed that when playing as russia playing on the winter map where there's forest on the left and field on the right, if you order a second mechanized infantry squad (the one where they spawn in the M3 Scout car with the .50 cal) nothing happens. It just takes your money and doesn't spawn the unit.

Yes, thank you. That is not just an issue on that map. I will fix this with the next version, when adding the russians to the new map.

Not sure if this was mentioned somewhere, but Field Defense 2 Map does not allow me to select russians as my faction but it appears in the editor it was planned

Yes, as stated in earlier notes, I released the map without russians, since I was planning to add the new units and change the scripts. I just did not have the time or nerve to do it yet.

Ah gotcha, thank you! It worked out as I aiming to play as the germans anyway haha

I do not know if this is an only me problem, but when loading into previous versions of field defense, I load in what appears to be the map, but I have no prompts to select factions or enable special rules. Do you have any recommendations? I have already tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod. Its a shame cause this has to be one of my favorite maps to play.

Unsubscribe, then go to "Your_Drive:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\400750\" and delete folder "2725764602". Then resubscribe.
Sometimes a Steam restart helps.
