Modded damage not applied, how to fix?

I tried this mod with Calamity and Thorium and neither one of them seems to work, just regular orange damage numbers. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance :)

when you're editing the config from the workshop menu, use the right arrow down the bottom to navigate to the final page of settings. There you can manage modded stuff.
