This is too powerful. But how about this

+10 max health
-20% swing speed
-30% damage
On Ally Hit: You lose 10 health and they gain 5.

Really underpowered. You have to deal 500 damage, which is pretty large amount, to get a tiny little bonus. i"d just rather use the shovel in about any situation.
-alt fire: drops a bowl of 'soup' that restores 25 health.(has a 10 second cooldown)

-20% damage (52 instead of 65)
Crits (156 instead of 195) on enemies being constantly healed (medigun or dispenser) the last 10 seconds (if the victim was being healed 10 seconds ago, it'll still crit)
For every kill using this weapon, you and teamates around you gain +10 health on hit with any weapon* (max +30).

* This should work with taunt kills too, so if you hit someone with kamikaze and can survive the fall damage, you'll still be able to live

I got one


When you hit an ally:For 5 seconds, both you and whoever you hit heal 60% of damage done.
-50% slower rate of fire
Pros: On hit: enemys get dowsed in soup that allow minicrits.

Cons: -35% damage penalty.
The more melee damage you do, the more "Enemy Stew" you accumulate in a bottle or just in the ladel, but it's upside down so I think if you poured the Enemy Stew from a bottle it would work better, and make the animation cost time.

Anyway, Enemy Stew either works as bloody-Jarate, or a medium health pack you can give to yourself or an ally.

Pros: Generates "Enemy Stew" for every 200 damage done via melee.
Cons: Having Enemy Stew ready but not used marks you for death.
-10% melee damage
Crits don't give you any damage towards Enemy Stew
