Crits (156 instead of 195) on enemies being constantly healed (medigun or dispenser) the last 10 seconds (if the victim was being healed 10 seconds ago, it'll still crit)

* This should work with taunt kills too, so if you hit someone with kamikaze and can survive the fall damage, you'll still be able to live

Cons: -35% damage penalty.
Anyway, Enemy Stew either works as bloody-Jarate, or a medium health pack you can give to yourself or an ally.
Pros: Generates "Enemy Stew" for every 200 damage done via melee.
Cons: Having Enemy Stew ready but not used marks you for death.

Crits don't give you any damage towards Enemy Stew
