there is an icon that looks like 2 arrows in a circle that lets you swap between the rewards of different factions, normally this means nothing as its just the empire so it defaults to that but you can switch over to the new faction with this

@Nam that only shows how to access the rewards/permits, but how do you actually gain honour for their titles?

i can't figure it out at all either

So looking through the mods files the only access to DMS favor I can find is through tribute collector trade caravans. They are set to requestable in the files, so you need to make friends with the "colonization force" faction through trade or gifting (throw drugs at them with a launcher). Then use the comm station to request they send the tribute caravan.
I'm going to boot up a game and see what kind of supplies you should have ready to get a basic title in a trade.

They only accept gold and DMS Mech parts, just not sure on the exchange rate.

to check, could we have a screenshot of -where- the button is supposed to appear?
ive been trying, and feeling like ive lost my mind since i switched screens before, but i cant find it to save my life right now,
and im unsure if im being stupid and blind,
or if something in my huge mod loadorder is glitched out >.<

EDIT:
ignore the royalty interface button entirely.
you want to Click the button for Character/Pawn stats (an i, at least for me, using RimHUD),
on the pawn panel, then tab to permits

Be advised - you need the Royalty DLC for the titles and permits system. And IIRC, you may need to have the Empire faaction present in your game for the titles and permits UI element to be accessable.

Yeah noticed this as I had disabled the empire on this current map.
