I had all my Artifuscle stacked only up to x5, found out it was due to the OgreStack mod.
If anyone has the same problem, this is your solution.

Go to the settings of OgreStack and change "body parts and implants" to a bigger number or just change it from "fixed" to "scalar".

That's what allowed me to have a proper stack of Artifuscle.
Keep in mind that any other "body parts and implants" will stack to that same size.
