Suggestions
Feel free to suggest some regions a creature could be native to, or a room that could have some Watcher or Downpour content added to it and I'll consider adding it here.

tempers and disciples in shaded, as well as small moths in subterranean and outer expanse.

Done!
I know this might be difficult/impossible (and if this doesn't get added than that's totally fine too) but a remix menu to turn off certain creatures from having new spawns added by this mod would be nice, I personally think creatures like loaches and rain deer should remain exclusive to one region so having an option that makes them only spawn where they'd spawn in vanilla and nowhere else while still keeping the other new spawns for the rest of the creatures would be a great addition

I have little actual coding experience so if I can somehow figure out how to do that, I would. But unfortunately I think that is out of my scope for the moment.
It's something I'll consider for the future if it's possible.

The two Loaches I've only kept in Garbage Wastes due to the appearance of rotted ones in Infected Wastes while the singular Outer Expanse Rain Deer was just a fun idea of one somehow getting lost from Farm Arrays by wandering too far.

Stowaways would fit in shaded citadel and sand grubs/worms would also fit in outer expanse

it would also be cool if rain deer spawned in another region

I've definitely been wanting to put more Stowaways in sneaky places across the regions, so I'll look into finding some fair places in Shaded to put them next update.
It's tricky to find regions where Rain Deer fit and work, so at the moment the only new one added is in Outer Expanse.
(Though it's a bit buggy atm and I'm trying to fix its behavior for how it navigates that map next update too)

Can't give an ETA on when that will be though.

wait I just remembered outer expanse isn’t that rot infested region

in that case I’m fine with rain deer spawns

Nope! It's the jungle/ruins region that is exclusive to Survivor, Monk, and Gourmand. West of Subterranean and Farm Arrays.

You're thinking of Outer Rim from The Watcher which IS infested with The Rot.

B01 could use some Small Moths in Shaded. Also I feel some open areas in the underground cave parts of Pipeyard + Garbage Wastes would look nice with Small Moths.
Also, you could potentially use mud as a substitute for sand for sandgrubs and sandworms. I could definitely see them in Garbage Wastes, Outer Expanse, Undergrowth, and that one underground cave spot with centipedes in Memory Crypts in Shaded just living in pools of mud!

I do currently have some mud in some parts of the map, I might consider it!

I've added some Sand Grubs across Garbage Wastes, Outer Expanse, and Pipeyard through mud pits. They might act a little finnicky, so let me know if you see them behaving strangely!
They have a chance to randomly spawn as Sand Worms as well, so listen for that rattling.

Yeah, they're a bit finnicky, cause they caused a freeze on my end. https://pastebin.com/G3n7JLKu

Can you remove rattles/bone shakers from rotted areas like garbage wastes, they don't fit the blue rot and do not feel like they belong in vanilla regions.
They HEAVILY contrast with the rot and do not fit it AT ALL (the rot is not purple outside of watcher) I do not think they should be used outside of purple rot i am fine with using them in WATCHERS campaign but not in any vanilla or downpour area i seriously hate how they contrast with blue or orange rot and should not be used outside of watchers campaign they look horrible without a purple background and are so irritating in rot stealth sequences (like those rooms in garbage wastes)

I'll consider it. There isn't really anywhere else they fit however without making some potentially wonky scenarios in Rivulets campaign.

Remember that the mod isn't meant to be fully lore friendly, just to make sure that every slugcat can encounter the spawns. If they bother you too much, you can always blacklist them with the "KeepThatAwayFromMe" mod.

(This mod already adds other non-lore friendly spawns like two Rubicon lizards in regular regions after all.)

No plans to edit rooms that drastically besides to add food, mud, or rot spores.
The most I will do is add new music triggers.
