For HL2-ifier look at the first few highlighted lines here: https://gitlab.com/unryker/gmod-addons/half-life-2-ifier/-/blob/master/lua/autorun/server/sv_ur_hl2ifier.lua?ref_type=heads#L9-L13

As for ConVars that GMod changes that are different from HL2, the ConVars that HL2-ifier does change are the ones I'm aware of: https://gitlab.com/unryker/gmod-addons/half-life-2-ifier/-/blob/master/lua/autorun/server/sv_ur_hl2ifier.lua?ref_type=heads#L248-L250
