Model LOD being weird
I keep geting long range LODs for the models even close up- in laymans terms, this means the low quality models used at long range to improve performance (so the game doesnt have to render the stuff you cant even see) are being used regardless of distance, so my ships all look like ass. Help?

IDK man I have that same problem and I havent seen a fix anywhere for it
Would be nice to get some answers from the devs...
Same problem here. Have an AMD Radeon HD 6800. Have had to use the old driver fix to get Classic to work, don't know if thats related.
I found the solution. Turn off dynamic geometry.

I don't see that option, there's geometry scaling and detail geometry, should I turn one of those off?

Turn off geometry scaling and it'll look nice
