When i try to switch to an other civ in game, my game gets stuck in ''waiting for other players''. I can pan around the map, selec units and look in my cities, although nothing appears and i can't do anything. The minimap is also almost completely blue. save for the city dots and mountain ranges.

I am playing with mods, which might have something to do with it. I'm playing on a modded map

I have a feeling the many mods are causing this, but i'm not sure which. Has anybody had this problem or could anybody perhaps tell me how i could diagnose the issue?
