I'll be honest, I bought this game simply because it was on sale and you could get a bunch of free Team Fortress 2 items by playing it for a while. I would of never of even thought of buying this without the items being included and it being on sale. I don't even know how to play poker! As such, I expected to hate the game and want to stop playing it as soon as I got my items. Never before has one of my expectations been so incorrect- this game is actually really fun and charming.

Even if you don't like poker you'll probably still enjoy the interactions from the other characters who react to how you play. It's a solid and cool experience, definietly worth the price if you need something to play late at night to relax.

When I first stumbled upon this "game" I was really happy and exicited to play it due to my fascination with space, little did I know how inaccurate and lacking depth that it was.

Apparently when you launch a moon at Earth, a small white dot will appear on Earth and when you launch another Earth at Earth, the original Earth just gets bigger. I'm no physics expert, but If you're not somesort of nomark you will know that is inaccurate. I fail to see the purpose of a "universe sandbox" if it's not even going to use any physics to render the results of what happens when we experiment within said sandbox.

Also, the sole purpose of some of the achievements are simply just to make the game seem like it has lots of content, when in reality it has little to none. "Play X amount of days" may indeed be considered an "achievement", but one that will be done legitimately by almost nobody- a truly shameful marketing tactic.

Don't waste your time and money.

Imagine Left 4 Dead with levels, unlocks, classes, brilliant accents and customizable models then you pretty much have Killing Floor.

Killing Floor is a great game in general. The music, although usually absent, helps immerse you into the apocalyptic world surrounding you. The weapons are unique and not all clones of each other, which is rare in modern FPS games (sadly). The vendor system makes sense and just plain works. The class/leveling system actually gives you a purpose to play and the map mods are more than fun.

What else is there to say? This game is far superior to Left 4 Dead and it's successor and is a must buy for those who enjoy zombie survival games.

Imagine the whitest guy possible, rather skinny, covered in sweat and furiously bashing the keys on his keyboard yelling more profanities than Gordon Ramsay on steroids. Yeah- that was me around 10 minutes ago trying to play this game.

Never before has a games control system enfuriated me so much. Have you ever been in one of those situtations where you know exactly what to do, but for some reason- you just can't do it? My "blockade" in this situtation was the controls, they are just terrible.

The aim of the game is in the damn name, it's a surgeon simulator. You have to operate on patients with your hand, performing operations such as a heart transplant, for example. (How realistic).

To move the hand, you use your mouse, which of course seems ideal however it turns out that each finger on the hand is controlled by a key on the keyboard, all of which seem to be in random places and are easily forgettable. This makes trying to pick up items borderline impossible.

I'll admit, you get used to the enfuriating control system after around an hour of constant pumping frustration and the achievements in this game are somewhat humerous, an example being an achievement were you give the surgeon the finger (no, not like that).

The game is cheap in price, so I can't complain that much, but honestly, I didn't have a great time playing this for the short time that I did and probably won't ever attempt it again as it stressed me out more than a single mother with 9 crying children.

I remember playing this game when I was around 8 years old on my Gamecube and I remember it being really fun- especially the Chao minigame, which is really why I bought it in the first place again.

I had to play around 4 missions to unlock the Chao minigame, which is no problem of course, except the fact that when I say "play" I mean "struggle and rage in frustration because the controls made no sense at all." "Press the green button, press the orange button"- what are you talking about? Does my keyboard have some sort of secret illuminated colour-coded buttons or is this just another rushed SEGA port? I sure know the answer.

After the frustrating hour of slamming every button on my keyboard to find out what the "green button" is- I finally ended up clearly the levels to unlock the Chao minigame. "Oh joy, no more stress" I thought to myself...how wrong I was. Welcome to Bugs Galore.

I'm annoyed- a lot. This game was brilliant to play on the Gamecube and would be on the PC too, if some effort was actually put into the port. If this was on the gamecube, I'd give this game high praise, but considering this is for the PC I'd say it's borderline unplayable.

This game would be quite fun, if it wasn't quite obviously a rushed port from the console.

You can't configure controls or graphics ingame, instead- you have to close the game, open it again and select the option to configure it from Steam, the options menu is basically a separate application- which is VERY annoying.

I found out about the options menu because the default controls for the keyboard and mouse are just stupid. Shift to accelerate and space to brake? WASD and the up,down, left and right keys didn't even control movement.

After the gruelling setup phase, I sat down and played one race which I admit, was fun at first, but got quite boring after just a few minutes. The races seemed longer than needed and there was only like five drops in the mystery box things, which all completely sucked and felt like they didn't give you an advantage at all.

After the one solo-race with bots, I tried to join some friends game-twice, neither of which attempts worked successfully.

This is quite obviously Sagas attempt at copying Nintendos brilliant Mario Cart games and let me say, it's a complete failed attempt at that.

This is a PC game, I should NOT need a controller in order to have an appropriate gaming experience. I would reccommend Saga to re-port this and actually give PC gamers a decent version of the game.

I think in just one hour I've lost years of my life due to stress- this game isn't worth the price is demands.

This game is what made Call of Duty the sucessful (yet repetitive) francise it is today.

This was the first game which actually introduced the prestige system and the modern day class system with a brilliant and much upgraded graphics style.

The campaign was mindblowing upon release, it was so advanced and different from anything else on the market which is ironically sad considering the majority of FPS games today attempt to clone its format and it has now become overused and stale.

Nonetheless, this is the game that single-handedly shaped the future of FPS games, it is by far one of the most vital titles in gaming today- it deserves praise not only for its gameplay, but the consequences of its success.

As we've all grown to expect, a not so suprisingly small level of innovation from the last game in the series- never before have I felt that a game was an exact clone as it's predecessor as much as this.

Singleplayer wise, I always applaud the Call of Duty campaigns for being a thrilling, if not short experience and this one follows that trend as expected. Multiplayer wise, It feels and looks exactly like Modern Warfare 2, with the only new feature being weapon levels, which is hardly groundbreaking.

If you liked Modern Warfare 2, you'll like this without question. I feel the need to not recommend the game despite this however, as it feels more like an expansion pack than it does a fully fledged sequel, making its price somewhat questionable. I'd consider it Modern Warfare 2.5. You wouldn't buy an expansion to a game you did not like, the same applies here.

Dead Islands landscapes are light and refreshing, a change from the typical dark and gloomy scenes that most zombie games have. I love the way you realisticly drive veicules in this game, it is unique and something that I find rare in modern games.

I also like how this games Co-Op mode works. When you're doing something and someone else is about at the same point as you, you are given the option to join them, a real big plus for someone who likes cooperative play but has no one to play with.

Weapons are fairly annoying however. I find myself often out of weapons and constantly trying to find new ones because the ones I had had broke, another one of this games flaws is something I wouldn't usually complain about, but I had myself flooded with quests which I found was to overwhealming and although optional, I still felt like I should of done them.

Overall however, Dead Island is a decent game, nothing special at all- as it gets far too boring and repetitive after a while, but it's decent. I wouldn't buy it unless it was on sale however, I don't think if you're a zombie fan who likes a decent storyline will enjoy this game.

Early Access Review
I got bored one night and saw that this game had the option to earn some Steam Trading Cards- so rather than waste money on the market buying them, I decided to play it in order to get half the cards thinking it surely cannot be that bad- as I remembered playing this game two years ago and saying it was terrible. To my surprise, it was honestly quite fun- random, but fun.

From what I could understand, the aim of the game is to get yourself as close to objects as possible, but not clip into then, the closer you are- the more points you earn. The objects in the level are based off what music is playing during the level, as the level is generated from what music is selected and you can import your own music in to basically generate your own levels.

I don't have many music files on my PC, so I just had to use what I had, but I still found it quite fun however it soon gets boring and repetitive.

I'd play this game if you ever just want to chill, listen to music and relax a little. It's most certainly NOT worth its full price, but if it's in a cheap bundle, I wouldn't hesitate to get it.
