Aleenah City

Description
Aleenah City, officially the City of Aleenah, is the capital of Gensokyo and a highly urbanized city. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,043,579 people.

Located at the heart of Gensokyo, Aleenah City serves as the center of culture, economy, education and government of the country. Designated as a global power city, the region exerts a significant impact on commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment, both locally and internationally. It is the home to all the consulates and embassies in Gensokyo, thereby making it an important center for international diplomacy in the country. Its economic power makes the region the country's premier center for finance and commerce.

Founded in the early 12th century as the small settlement of Qiūlíng-hé (丘陵河; hilly river, referring to the area's geography and terrain) by China, the settlement was burned down when the Spanish forces arrived in the 16th century. After the Spanish established a new settlement at the remains of Qiūlíng-hé, it was named as Santa Maria de Antique. Following the defeat of the Spanish forces during the Spanish-American War, the area north of Luzon became an independent country that is the Republic of Gensokyo. However, the capital was transferred to the city of Bridgeport further north, due to its trade relations with nearby Japan and Taiwan. In the 1950s, following the Second World War, the capital of Gensokyo was again reverted back to Santa Maria de Antique, causing rapid economic growth to the city as the country began to recover from the effects of the Second World War. By the 1980s, the city became one of the major urban centers of East Asia, following the completion of various infrastructure projects that helped Santa Maria de Antique to become the country's largest city, overtaking its rival Bridgeport, which was followed by a population boom, causing the city's population to grow even further. By early 2003, the city was finally renamed to Aleenah City, after the country's first female prime minister.

Following the completion of the country's tallest building in 2006, the Primea Financial Tower, it became the city's international icon, attracting more foreign investors and visitors into the city, making Aleenah City one of the important cities in the East Asia region, only behind the larger cities of Tokyo and Taipei.

For some reason the mod Configurable Population Modifiers refuses to being added to the required items list, so I suggest subscribing to the mod since it is also required by the save file. The mod can be manually subscribed in here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails?id=652921941
