Description
IMPORTANT: This is the entire data module to the Resistance Firearms mod. The assets for the weapons can be found here. Subscribing to this is very important, since it contains the assets to the entire mod.

Chimera Squad Version as of: 5/21/20

This mod is pretty much a cosmetic weapon module (meaning that it's simply adds the weapons and nothing more), so you can run this with other mods like A Better Advent, and so forth.

Note: I've completely re-written the mod based on the newer releases of my weapon mods in War of the Chosen and for Chimera Squad.

If you have issues with this mod or spotted a bug, please report it in the Bug Report Thread. If you want to provide feedback, whether its good or bad, then post in the General Feedback Thread.
If you are thinking of downvoting this mod, please provide feedback first, so I know what I should improve on/did wrong.

FEATURES
  • 55 weapons to utilize to your hearts content!
  • Redone from scratch! (Corrected textures, better vertex normals and smoothing)
  • Weapon animations! (Check the pistols, MWR LMGs and M14 rifle!)
  • More modular weapons!
  • Remastered weapon firing sounds!
  • Modular templates system, which you can edit all aspects of any weapon.

COMPATIBILITY
  • None so far.

KNOWN ISSUES
  • Sniper Rifles coming soon.
  • Maybe some weirdness with animations.
  • Machine Pistols use wind up Beam fire animations.
  • Game lags if you try to equip weapons in the armory, but is fine in Squad Manager. Will need devs or Highlander fix for this.
  • Weapons are not infinite anymore. This mod will give you 4 of each weapon when adding to the HQ inventory.
    However, this will allow you to sell unwanted weapons (with no sell price for balance reasons).

  • Krakah for creating the inital framework for this mod.
  • E3245 for the additional codework and testing.
LOG

Release Version 1.000:
  • Set weapons as epic weapons due to latest patch adding a restriction to weapons. This will allow anyone to equip the weapons in this mod.
  • Fixed issue with stat modifier abilities showing up even though weapon has no modifiers set.
  • Fixed some localization errors.

So I installed all the modules but the weapons don't appear in game or is there some condition I have to meet to acquire them?

I don't know if ive done something wrong but even though the weapons are all installed and i seem to have everything running well, whenever i choose a weapon from the list the model in game doesn't change it just takes the stats. Is there some way to fix this? i've tried flat uninstalling it and no success

For whatever reason, all of these weapons are invisible when equip on Torque. But only Torque. Any ideas?

Some of the guns in this mod just aren't making any sounds? Like the SPAS works but the Jackhammer wasn't making sound. Some mag weapons from the Xcom 2 armory mod are doing it too. Any idea what could be causing this?

I've started two new games with this mod, and the weapons never upgraded. They remain at their original low-damage descriptions through the entire campaign.

for some reason all my spas-12s have been removed? also if I have two people with the spas 12 the other character will not have a weapon model in hand?

Too much assault rifles variety (and plus MG also). Can you make some of them become submachine gun? Or at least how to make it by myself (the ini file to be edited, I mean).

Google and Amazon hates this mod, that's why
