Clerks Produce +1 Admin Cap [3.2.2]

Description

[Updated for 3.2.2 !!!]

Simple mod that makes every Clerk produce +1 admin cap with an additional +1 admin cap on a Bureauctatic Center colony type.

Alternate version where clerks instead produce +2 admin cap (+1 on Bureaucratic Center colonies):

I tried moving the mod down to the bottom of the load order, in the Paradox Launcher, and now it seems to work.

This mod seems not have no effect. My filled Clerk Job slots do not increase my Admin Cap...
