Royal Peltasts / Hypaspists

I replaced the small pelte shield of unit card of the Royal Peltast by the correct one, a big hoplon.

As you may know, the name "Royal Peltast" is misleading because Royal Peltasts in the game are not skirmishers and does not bear a pelte (small round shield). They bear a hoplon (big round shield), contrary to the misleading vanilla unit card. In fact, "Royal peltasts" in the game does correspond to royal hypaspists of late Macedonia, i.e. elite swordsmen bearing a hoplon and several javelins.

Royal Peltasts now have 7 instead of just 3 javelins (like peltasts) and are considered missile infantry (with missile infantry spacing when not in shield wall formation). They are now really tactical important units.

They are now recruitable in light military buildings (level 3) instead of the heavy one.
