1845 - First steamships arrive to Sawyer

1850 - Economic boom 1, ferrying becomes profitable

1855 - Holt town fire, 25% of homes destroyed. Holt town becomes unprofitable for the next year

1860 - Propellers replace paddlewheels in Camodia

1865 - Large liners run regular services between Sawyer's Fishing Village and Camodia

1870 - North harbour is established as a cargo-only port

1875 - North Harbour becomes a popular passenger destination

1880 - Immense naval technology expansion

1885 - Economic growth in Fishing Village means it becomes the largest city in the Sawyer Islands

1890 - Factories established in Holt Town producing Granny wigs

1895 - Fishing Village plague, profitability reduced by 25% and cannot sail to it from 1897 - 1898 when the plague is at it's worst. Diesel engines are invented

1900 - The turn of the century, Liners are now large and sophisticated. Large economic boom around all of Sawyer

1905 - First airplane trials take place in O'neill. Donkk becomes a very profitable destination for ships.

1910 - Demand is higher than ever, 10% profitability boost. More lifeboats after 1913 due to the sinking of the S.S. Vienna
