Description

Changes Gelt's starting mortar to a Helstorm Rocket Battery. Just script so compatible with everything that doesn't edit starting armies (I use it with SFO).

100% goes to Sphinx and his starting unit mods, as I used his small script mod and just editted it slightly.

Just renamed the lua file so that it doesn't conflict with any other mods. I also just made one that starts with the helblaster instead
