Generic Skills for Legendary Lords

Description
It's accepted that Lords will have skills that heroes don't and Legendary Lords will have skills that generic Lords don't. However, (in my opinion) the opposite (mostly) shouldn't hold true. That's where this mod comes in which does the following:
  • It gives a variety of skills to Lords and Legendary Lords that their generic Lord and Hero subordinates possess or adds something to their unique skills so they can get the minimum bonuses/stats that their subordinates can get.
  • Stats like Melee Attack, Melee Defence, Weapon Strength and Charge Bonuses, will only be boosted to be equal or greater to heroes/generics if the hero/generic wields the same weapons.
  • The following is in order of decreasing priority and applies to when a generic has multiple mutually exclusive skills:
    • In the case of where a generic chooses between multiple mutually exclusive options like god dedications, I check to see if a legendary character/generic lords skills will give the bonuses of multiple options. If they do, then they don't get any of the mutually exclusive skills.
    • If one of the skills is fluffy in nature and the legendary/lord does not get bonuses that are in the other skills. I put it's effects into a legendary/lord counterparts existing skills if part of the skill is represented in their existing skills or into their available skills if it isn't.
    • If the legendary/generic have the bonus from one of the mutual skills in one or more of their skills, then I put the bonuses they don't have into their existing skills. If one of the mutually exclusive skills is synergistic with the rest of their skills, then they can take the one synergistic skill.
    • If they have none of the bonuses or none of their bonuses are synergistic with the rest, then they may choose between the mutually exclusive options.
  • I have also added the passive hero action that various heroes have to their lord equivalent superiors. No embed army action though since the various embed army actions do not stack and it's impossible to prevent a lords skills from stacking with their heroes.

@Reiterpallasch The nature of this mod makes it very easy to miss things, hence all the updates as I change the mod and its submods to suit a new framework. I make sure to keep the pinned discussion/descriptions up to date and because of that, didn't decide to put details in the version history.

I wouldn't really call it a cheat mod, it doesn't give extra skill points or free levels or xp. It just opens up options that are technically not possible. It's good for people who don't like spending a lot of time making decisions.

I still have a few more changes to make to this mod as a result of changing my mindset to giving skills. Though I'm not interested in making compatibility with that Unlock All Skills mod, which is clearly a cheat mod.

Tested this mod today on Vortex campaign and it still works! It's also save game compatible!

I found a small, superficial bug assuming I have the right mod. I was playing Bretonnia and the regular Lords have a skill "Collect Knowledge", and the effect description is a tad messed up and says "Col:yellowSteal Technology".
