Description
The fleet of the Grand Army of the Republic has now arrived on the battlefield ready to serve the loyal citizens, clone troopers, and Jedi knights of the Galactic Republic. The evil forces of the Separatists and their army of malfunctioning clankers are sure to be no match against the might of these warships! And now with these ships under your control you too can now bring "peace and justice" to your Stellaris galaxy!

Much like all my other Star Wars sets, there are both vanilla and NSC editions available. This version is set up for the standard vanilla lineup which means that if you are more interested in using NSC, be sure to check out that version instead (linked below):

Includes republic themed human and clone trooper portraits. Also has many civics, traits, and lore based starting systems that work really well with this shipset.

Star Wars Battlefront II Clone Advisor (by nop990)
If you intend on playing a Clone Wars style republic, why not have a clone trooper advisor to go along with it!

Fleet Formation Mod v2 (by Rage000)
Highly recommended for use with any shipset that consists of recognizable spacecraft as the ship spacing in vanilla is absolutely horrendous.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there compatibility with Downscaled Ships, Real Space System Scale, or any other scaling mod?

Answer: It will not be done on my end as it is more extra work for mods that I personally never use. So the answer here is No.

Is this mod Achievement Compatible?

Answer: This is a shipset. A shipset modifies the game's checksum. So No.

Understandable, and I admit that I might had been a bit too passive aggressive with my previous comment. Still it is impossible for me to test compatibility with everything out there so I typically only really bother running my own test games with the mods that I normally use in my sessions, Real Space isn't one of them. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the report on the compatibility issue and if others end up having the same problem I can let them know.

I mean. It only crashes when i use your mod and that mod together. they both work by themselves and seemingly shouldn't effect each other. So i am not sure why they do. You got some dope mods and I am glad you test them thoroughly. The passive aggressive attitude is not called for though. I just wanted to let you know that removing your mod fixed the crashing. So it was partially your mod. However removing theirs also fixed it so i chose your mod over theirs. While I understand your frustration getting reports that may be false or incorrect it is still better than not getting reports at all in the event it is yours. I was just doing my due diligence as a member of the community and would appreciate less antagonism from mod authors for reporting possible bugs. All it ever does it make me just not want to report bugs anymore and use your mods..

Well, perhaps you should ask them about it then. I very much have my doubts that my own mods, which have been thoroughly tested, are the ones responsible for game crashes. Whenever someone complains about this its ALWAYS somebody else's mod.

this is the mod causing crashes. IDK why it only crashes when i use this mod authors mods though. As far as i can tell they shouldn't effect each other.

so i disabled all mods but this one and the weapons and it worked. seems to be a compatibility issue with this mod and another. i have my suspicion. ill link which mod this one does not play nice with when i find it

nsc3 ones also crashed. TTATT i guess no fun ships for me

thats what i figured. So for whatever reason they do not work for me. Im going to try switch to the nsc3 ones and get nsc3 to see if those work. you never know.

The hot fixes shouldn't affect the shipsets. These shipset mods are all at 4.0.x, meaning that they are up to date. Make sure the species mods are up to date to be 4.0.x. 4.0.x mean any of the 4.0 hot fixes.

also i test it in a universe with no ai (minus the 2 random marauders) in order to limit the issue being other species

tried a custom one using some other star wars mod species. then eventaully worked my way down to vanilla custom species with all vanilla specs with the exception of the ship types. And when using modded species switched to other ship types worked for them. the only thing that may be related is im running the latest build which is 4.16 or something. Altho it doesnt flag this mod as being out of date so I am unsure
