Description
I have uninstalled the game and will no longer be keeping this mod updated. If you would like to re-upload feel free.

Introduction
This mod adds area of recruitment mercenaries to several factions with some loreful restrictions, please see the unlimited version of the mod here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2882729176 if you would like to be able to recruit all units.

Mercenary recruitment is 50% more expensive than local recruitment for balance purposes.

The AI will also recruit mercenaries from the same pool, but won't drain them :)

When
Mercenaries will become available in three stages during the campaign:

Early - Turn 1
Mid - Turn 25
Late - Turn 70

Each time new units will unlock and the existing units will start to replenish more often, starting with basic infantry and missile units in the early game and more being added over time.

Some choice regions have certain units available on turn 1 by design, such as tree spirits at Avelorn or artillery at Nuln.

Mercenaries will spawn in regions culturally belonging to the below races:

High Elves
Dark Elves
Wood Elves
Empire(Including Southern Realms)
Kislev
Lizardmen
Cathay
Ogres
Skaven
Bretonia
Dwarfs
Greenskins
Norsica
Beastmen

This version of the mod contains some restrictions on what mercenaries each race can recruit, please see the table image above for more info.

FAQ
I can't see X faction: I haven't tested all possible yet factions so you may find a DLC faction for example which is not showing any available mercenaries, if this is the case please feel free to comment or reach out to me on 'Da Modding Den' discord server.

Does this work with Warband Upgrades: Yes it does.

I think you might need an update, I had a crash while using Iron Claw to recruit the greenskins through the mod's features

Wouldn't expect an answer unrelated to a mod with the title "Unsupported" but I guess I'm here now, haha

Faction Unit Cards III is generally nice with some races, not so great with others... The overall concept is very gorgeous, of course. The cards aren't necessarily resembling too closely how the units actually look on the battlefield though.

For the Empire for example, Middenland looks gorgeous with Faction Unit Cards III....
Then again, for some Elector Counts I dig "Alternative Unit Cards" ' new cards quite a bit. if you happen to don't want EMP/BRT these but all the rest then there's a submod to remove EMP/BRT card changes... Have fun.

I loved getting lucky on the 10% chance to get a blessed stegadon on turn 5 or something <3 I just started to love, and will miss this mod as I was only introduced the other day!
