Intro -

One of our gods is trying to fix his game, so, he can pwn-ed some noobs.

This guide is about common bugs that happens to the game itself, like white screens. Be aware this may also cover mobile, since, the PC and mobile can usually be sync together.

Note: Please help me catch the mistakes, whether it's troubleshooting related or grammar/spelling/information related. Thanks in advance.

This chapter pertains the inbetween "ground" between the account and starting the game.

Not Starting

Verification

When a window pops up saying that verification failed, just go to Menu > Data Recovery > Re-download. If that doesn't work close the game and open it.

Go to KLab ID and update it from there. That doesn't work, just go log in with your mobile stuff and then link it with KLab ID from there to jog it.

If the game doesn't get verified, just reopen it from the main screen.

Another method on how to fix the verification glitch is to search for the Registry editor, select HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, KLab. Search the KLab folder and delete the "Bleach: Brave Souls" folder. This will reset your ID. That way ya won't have to reinstall or download.

Anti-Virus Protection

If the game doesn't start after clicking the "Start" button, go to your anti-virus program and exclude the game, Bleach: Brave Souls folder.

Right click on the game folder > Manage > Browse Local files: Bleach:Brave Souls folder.

Ya basically have to place the game in the "exceptions" of your anti-virus program.

Just wait a bit, like a minute, then the game will begin loading.

"Infinite" Loop

If the game's loading screen is in an "infinite" loop, reinstall the game and clean up the registry from the Bleach folders. (Hopefully, you already made the KLab ID, before all of this. So, ya can do "easy" rescuing.)

In Game

News

With when the news notifications turns out to be a white screen, you have to restart your PC sometimes or at the rare times, reboot the PC. This happens when you put the computer on sleep mode occasionally.

Mobile

With Android, if the logging in and it says that it can't verify your account (Despite, multi-syncing with KLab ID, Google Play, and/or Apple ID). First things first, check to see that you have a stable connection. If that's not the case, either restart your app, reinstall or update the app.

Android

Sometimes the game will glitch out, right after making a KLab ID and giving the message that the account verifying failed. Just restart game, reinstall it or update the app. Doing this requires a stable connection.

Playstation 4/Playstation 5

Don't host or beware of hosting co-op/Epic Raid rooms, because your presence will cause the whole mode to be harder to beat, some of the examples of funkiness is inflicted damage is reduced and the glitchiness affects your teammates. But it's weird, if it was a mobile or Steam gamer hosting this doesn't happen.

If nothing severe happens, it's just lag.

(Note: This bugging out also occasionally happens with Steam users. Though apparently not as much as Playstation. I don't know if KLab fix this for PS gamers or not. I mostly play on PC and mobile).

No Available Rooms

When the "You cannot enter the room,..." error pops, just refresh the lobby page and click on the room or host your own room.

In Game

Nth Anniversary

Sometimes, funky stuff happens when the servers are overloaded. This mainly happens when there are HUGE events. If the glitches are minor, just restart the game mode/ restart the whole game or wait it out. - This means doing things, like playing another game mode or go do something else entirely that doesn't involve BBS.

What's Global?

After moving into Japan (Mainly), you downloaded the game. But when you are done accepting the ToS. It then switches to Japanese. But let's say that you want to get back to the Global" version. First, before doing anything, remove the BBS files from your computer before re-installing your game, change the time zone to "US/Canada", then run the game.
