Intro

Hope you're not getting distracted, we're here for serious business, guys. We're here about setting up the KB/M and/or the controllers.

Note: Help me get the incorrect grammar mistakes, misspellings and fixing incorrect information. Thanks in advance.

First Things First

To find the inputs to do all the remapping fun stuff, just click on the Clog Wheels icon on the upper right corner.

Click on the Controls button. It should take you to this prompt.

For some reason, they're divided into both "singleplayer" and "co-op.

Here's where ya can now do all of your inputs.

Dem Default KBM Inputs

Co-op Quests/Raids/Arena

The movements, like walking and flash steps, are the same keys in both single player and multiplayer.

Remapping

The next chapters will show how to remap the whole she-bang or give inspirations, remember this is for comfort and to be fast.

My Personal Setup

Movement: ASWD

Flash Step: F

Soul Bomb: E

Attacks/Special Moves Mouse

Note: I'm just experimenting at this point and my setup is similar to the Bayonetta's default KB/M layout.

knezzari's Controller Setup

First check to see if your controller is detected. If so:

Steam (top left menu)>Settings>Controller>General Controller Settings

"Detected Controllers: XBox 360 Controller"

This is how you configure it:

game>click on shift+tab>controller configuration>click on the bottom of the screen> click on an appropriate button> select the controls that are based on the game's controls.

Green Herb Lollipop Tips

Controller(s)

Controllers are used only for modes, like quests. Ya can't move around while in main menu (This is only a Steam/PS4 controller thing, I dunno if the other setups, like the Steam/XBox One controller setup or mobile/controller, have similar issues.

Joysticks

Sometimes the controller doesn't work, even though ya map it out correctly. So, unplug the controller when the game opens up and then plug it in again.

KB/M

Troubleshooting

When it comes to joystick mapping, just map it to the keyboard movement keys. Mainly, because KLab goof up the joystick in one of the earlier updates.
