Description
Summary
Standalone World Eaters Faction mod from MIM - WH40k Factions.

Basic concept of Chaos Factions is, the same as previous version, pure enemy which bring some balance to heavily overpowered player Space Marine colony. That is why their hediffs are little bit too strong, but enough to slaughter post-humans and let you not be boring in later play-through.

This mod adds a World Eaters sub faction, along with their Culture, custom scenario and Apparels.

They will be spawned as a tamable animal with Advanced trainability.

World Eaters Walls and Embrasures
Have slightly better stats compare to vanilla structures. Requires World Eaters research on Chaos (MIM) tab.

  • Total 20 World Eaters armor parts (including Armor, Helmet and Backpack) added. (Steam keep deleting attached images with no reason, so some armors are missing on above screenshot.)
  • (Requires VFE - Pirates) 1 set of Helbrute armor.

Broo... pretty far into a play through, vamps but with incorporate to keep it interesting (you can make crazy interesting builds in time). I accepted a quest without paying attention who would raid to try and kill the people in the crash shuttle... Ravagers of Khorne!!!

4 terminators a few normal space marines and the shuttle crashed at my base!!!!! Carnage. I still have conventional weapons, best guns being anti material rifles... half my base was on fire, 5 of my main guys dead, and bodies burnt in the crazy terminator flame spams...

I have a sanguophage who is like great ogre size, few other good buffs collected over the game, khornate reaper and zerker armour (we bought it) 20 melee who actually took down 3 space marines / 1 terminator alone!!

Just wanted to say thank you, most epic fight I have ever had in Rimworld haha

@Faith My test run base was also ruined by one long berserked Khorne Bezerker of my own. Blood for the blood god!

Captured a guy, really good pawn (he lost an arm in the capturing) no problems, converted ideology, recruited, regrow limbs, kit him out in gear...ready to join go!!! Day 2, walks past one of my Khorne beserkers and ... BUTCHERS NAILS SAY NO... Beserk, and decapitated him first swing of his chain sword hahahahaha.

@Shiroe That sounds horrible to world eaters. Let me check and push the fix asap, I don't want to be eaten by their gene father XD

In recent testing (do note it may be due to some mod incompatibility but there may indeed errors), I found that the genes for world eaters have some weird oddities inside. They all spawn with mark of tzeentch and also all have beta psyker genes. Furthermore in the gene known as "World Eaters", the description writes "Carriers are able to use powers of thousand sons legion".

This makes me suspect that data from the thousand sons genes somehow copied onto the world eaters, but the weird part is I am not running the thousand sons faction in my modlist so I don't know how this happened.

@tarrand54 Yes, there will be cultists added once after I've done with Visual update - as a part of integrity with Chaos Cult sub faction mod :D
