Tired of disabling colonist jobs on every new world? Confused by the sheer number of maintenance drones on your hive worlds? Distraught at the fact that your planet with -10 amenities and 13% stability is full of empty entertainer jobs because everyone is soldiering? This mod is for you!

Rulers will not get lost in the shuffle when you change civics now. no more 5 year fit that their job changed.

Soldier is just another job that will get worked in priority order unless the governer is a commander and then it assumes a martial law kinda situation

Maintenance drones jobs should only get filled if amenities are getting pretty close to 0

Colonist jobs will remain vacant unless literally every other job on the planet is filled because opportunity cost makes that job a net negative on society

Save Game Compatibility
Fine to enable or disable mid-run. When jobs recalculate at the first of the month the old weights will get used.

Mod Compatibility
Will not work with mods that modify vanilla ruler or gestalt jobs.

Files overwritten:
pop_jobs\01_ruler_jobs.txt
pop_jobs\04_gestalt_jobs.txt
scripted_variables\01_scripted_variables_megacorp.txt
This mod will be incompatible with mods that overwrite the same files. It should be compatible with almost everything else.

At the moment it seems like non-slaves are prioritised for worker jobs ahead of slaves, even if slaves are much better suited to those jobs (due to traits etc), meaning that slaves just end up in a "civilian" job that they're bad at. Is there any way to change it so that slaves are prioritised for worker jobs they're better at?

With the changes that maintenance drones dot making them the unemployed slash civilian job now how does that affect this mod now? Is it more accurate that stuff is happening to the logistic jobs or are the logistic jobs put at equal footing with the other jobs because of the fact that it's the only way you can get trade which is used for a lot of different things that is actually helpful now?

Its often better to leave amenties at 0 and use those pops to produce other resources but eventually yeah you would want to have more amenities once you start running out of resource jobs. Atleast thats the idea

isn't high amenities going to lead to more happiness?
